With over 90 thrilling challenges suspended among the treetops—including hanging bridges, nets, ropes, and massive zip lines—this park invites you to unleash your inner adventurer.

Choose from various difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard, and extreme) and tackle zip lines stretching up to 230 meters long, all within a stunning natural setting just outside Teide National Park. It’s the perfect place to release some adrenaline and have fun like never before.

Forestal Park Tenerife is equipped with a state-of-the-art continuous lifeline safety system, ensuring that you remain securely connected at height from start to finish. Plus, the expert team will provide you with all the necessary instructions and tips to make your treetop adventure through the Canary pines both safe and unforgettable.

Essential Information

Requirements for accessing the circuit

– Minimum height: 1.10m

– Maximum weight: 110 kg

– Age: between 5 and 69 years old

– Children under 13 must always be accompanied by an adult:

 – Children between 5 and 8 years old: accompanied at height by one adult for every 2 children.

  – Children between 9 and 10 years old: accompanied at height by one adult for every 5 children.

  – Children between 11 and 12 years old: may go on the easy and medium circuits (green and blue) alone, supervised by an adult in the group who maintains visual contact throughout the activities.

Hours:

– Summer season (April to October): 10 AM – 7 PM.

– Winter season (November to March): 10 AM – 6 PM.

Important

– Comfortable and warm sportswear (it is always advisable to check the minimum temperatures in the municipality of El Rosario, Santa Cruz de Tenerife). Long pants are recommended even in summer.

– Closed sports shoes that securely support the foot (sneakers, trainers, hiking boots, etc.) are mandatory. Flip-flops, sandals, high-heeled shoes, etc. are not allowed.

– Long hair must be tied back.

– Gloves that allow good finger movement (mittens, sports gloves, etc.) are recommended.

– A fanny pack or small lightweight backpack is recommended for carrying personal items. Currently, there are no lockers available.

– If you are a Canary Islands resident, please show your DNI/NIE or an official document proving residency at reception.

Notes

– You must arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time at our reception.

– The park opens any day of the week, by prior reservation, for groups of at least 12 participants.

– Capacity is limited. A prior reservation is required.

– To manage visitors effectively, we always recommend arriving with a reservation.

– The activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

– The activity is not recommended for people with general physical issues (e.g., heart conditions, respiratory problems, etc.). If in doubt, we recommend consulting your doctor.

– The activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
