Important Information:

• Activity Start Times: Stargazing sessions at Teide vary according to sunset times throughout the year. Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Guides: All guides are accredited as astronomical guides by the StarLight Foundation.
• Reservation: Bring a printed copy of your reservation voucher.

Recommendations:

• Wear comfortable and warm clothing, and suitable footwear.
• If you have health issues, consult your doctor before participating.
• Bring water for hikes.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Weather Conditions: If weather conditions prevent stargazing, you will receive a full refund.
• Date Changes: You can reschedule your booking within 1 year if the reservation has not been redeemed. Up to 3 changes are allowed.
• Covid-19 Precautions: We follow guidelines from the Ministry of Health and the Government of the Canary Islands.

Free cancellation Date Changes and Cancellations:

• You may reschedule or cancel the activity free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity. After this period, 100% of the amount will be retained.
