Teide half day

On this half-day excursion, you’ll have the chance to explore the largest and oldest National Park in the Canary Islands, while still returning to your hotel with plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day.

You’ll journey from the coast to the highest point in Tenerife, passing through Canary pine forests and traditional villages like Vilaflor.

As we continue, we’ll venture into a landscape filled with volcanoes and fields of petrified lava. We’ll make several stops to admire one of the world’s largest calderas: Las Cañadas del Teide.

Our visit will include Los Roques de García, located at the base of Spain’s highest peak: Mount Teide, standing at 3,718 meters above sea level. This magnificent volcano, nestled in the heart of Tenerife, is the main reason the Teide National Park, established in 1954, is the most visited in Europe.

Please note that this excursion does not include the option to ride the Teide cable car or visit its facilities. If you wish to experience being at 3,550 meters above sea level at Spain’s highest peak, consider booking our Teide National Park excursion.

Finally, we’ll continue our journey, taking in the stunning natural beauty of this incredible area on our way back.
