1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the payment as specified in the booking confirmation email.
  • Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure your reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility varies based on the specific excursion booked (e.g., 24, 48, or 72 hours before the excursion date). Please refer to the details provided in your excursion booking for the exact cancellation terms.
  • In the event Nosotros Excursions cancels a tour, a full refund, partial refund, or rescheduling will be offered depending on the tour type and circumstances.

3. Liability and Safety

  • All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the tour guides.
  • Nosotros Excursions is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damages incurred during the excursion.
  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate safely.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to your booking can be requested up to 72 hours before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
  • If the requested change involves a higher price, the balance must be paid before the excursion date.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Any delays or no-shows will be considered a cancellation without refund.
